3 Cups Water
2 Cups Rolled Oats
½ Cup Spelt Flakes
½ Cup Rye Flakes
½ Cup Soy Flour (may sub. for another flour like Brown Rice)
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Blend all ingredients in a Vita Mix or Blender. Let batter sit for 5 minutes before cooking. Cook on lightly oiled or non-stick griddle. Enjoy plain or with sugar-free jam or maple syrup.
