Fruit Juice Sweetened Granola


4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Spelt Flakes
1 Cup Rye Flakes
½ Cup Thompson Raisins
1½ Cup Chopped Dried Papaya
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
½ Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
¾ Cup White Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
3 Cups Apple Juice
1 Tablespoon Vanilla, Alcohol-Free
1 Teaspoon Orange Oil (optional)

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine liquids in a separate bowl. Mix well. Slowly add dry mixture to liquids. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Dry overnight in dehydrator at 105 degrees until all ingredients are dried.

** Granola is very forgiving. You can substitute any ingredients you do not like for other grains, seeds, nuts and fruits. Just be sure and balance the dry ingredients to the liquids.
