ALICE'S GRANOLA


In a large bowl combine thoroughly:

2 T. Vanilla
2 Cups Apple Juice
1 Cup Honey


Add 1 Cup of each of the following:

Sesame Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Flax Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Raisins
Coconut
Walnut Pieces
Slivered Almonds

Mix well and allow to sit refrigerated overnight.

The next day, add 4 to 6 cups of old fashioned rolled oats (not instant). Mix until oats are slightly moist. Place on dehydrator sheets and dry 18 to 24 hours at 105 degrees.

Store in air tight containers and refrigerate.

This is a good food to experiment with and use your creativity! Have fun making up your own recipes.
